Dipsea entries for 2017 have been posted. View entries list here. If you were not accepted into the Dipsea this year I recommend continuing your training journey and set your goal race to the Angel Island 5 mile which takes place six days after the Dipsea.
This Sunday (April 23) we will meet at 10am at Mountain Home Inn. We will be running a loop up to Mountain Theater and West Point Inn before returning to Mountain Home Inn. This run is about 7 miles and is expected to take 2 hours.
Thank you to all those that ran with us on a rainy easter run. We had a cold and wet start, but everyone warmed up quickly once we got moving.
