Hello Happy Runners,
Congratulations to all those that participated in the 4th of July Races in Novato. Make sure to post your pictures and times on the Facebook page.
This Suday Run will take place from Tennesee Valley trail head in Mill Valley. We will depart at 10am and run down to Tennessee Valley Cove where we can take a dip in the ocean (optional), before returning. This is going to be a fun run, I hope to see you there.
