Parents and Runners,
Thank you to all that were able to make this Sunday’s run from Muir beach. We dodged the rain and ended up with a beautiful day for a run.
Good News!!! I am having a baby this month! To me, this means plenty will change, to Marin Youth Trail Runs it means that sometime in the next month I may not be available to lead a run or two. No worries though, I have discussed with John Bretan, a fellow Marin Academy Cross Country Coach, and he has agreed to fill in while I am away. John has helped me in the past and I am grateful that he is again willing to help while I am away.
This Week:
Thursday, April 3, 5:30pm @ Tennessee Valley – Short run followed by hip and core strengthening
Sunday, April 6, 10am @ Mt. Home Inn – Mt Tam hill climb from Mt. Home Inn to top of Tam via Fern Creek Trail. Very Steep 5-6 miles.

Sunday, April 20, 10 am @ Muir Woods Parking Area – Easter Run: Long run + Easter Egg hunt up cardiac.
Lucas Valley TCRS – Saturday, April 26, 9am @ Lucas Valley Community Center – Hilly 5 mile race followed by breakfast and Tamalpa awards ceremony *please note the new date for this race.
Marin Memorial Day Races – Monday, May 26, 8am @ College of Marin, Kentfield – Tamalpa Sponsored 10k, 5k, and Children’s races.
Sunday June 1st, 10am:*New Date* for Practice Dipsea – We will start in Mill Valley and finish with a Family picnic at Stinson Beach.
