Parents and Runners,
Monday’s Littles Group Run was lots of fun, as such we will be continuing group runs for ages 7-10 on Monday’s at 5:30 pm at Tennessee Valley. The more the merrier, so if you know someone that may want to participate, invite them along.
This Sunday (April 28th) is the Lucas Valley TCRS. This 5 mile race is full of hills and provides an excellent training opportunity, especially for those participating in the Dipsea. The race will begin at 9am. Parking available at Lucas valley community center. The race will be followed by the Tamalpa awards breakfast. Entry fee $3 for Tamalpa members $5 for non-members. This race is suitable for all runners, so bring the family. (full Details here)

Tuesday (Every Tuesday) – Tamalpa Track workouts – 6:30pm – FREE
Thursday May 2nd – Hills/Intervals (ages 11-17) – Tennessee Valley – $25
