Parents and Runners,
This Sunday (August 7) we will meet at 9am at Tennessee Valley Trailhead. This week we transition from doing weekly speed work to again focus on elevation gain in preparation for the Mount Tam Hill Climb coming this Labor Day. Our route will be a climb up Oakwood Valley trail and down on Marincello. This route is approximately 5 miles and 1.5 hours. Drop ins are welcome all summer long.
*Please note, that we are not meeting at SFRC as the online schedule suggests. The route has not changed, but for logistical reasons, we are now starting from Tennessee Valley.
