This Saturday (July 30) is the San Rafael Miracle Mile. This is our first planned race of the summer. This fast 1 mile road race in San Rafael is a kick off to the USATF Road Racing Season and promises to be fun and always turns out some very fast middle distance runners.
Runners should plan to arrive no later than 7:15pm to allow for parking, registration/packet pickup, and warmup. I will try to connect with runners near the registration at 7:30pm for a warm up and some last minute tips. (Let me know if you plan to participate so I can look for you.)
Open Women race @ 7:45pm
Open Men Race @ 8pm
Parents participating in other age groups will want to arrive early. If parents or siblings are all participating, register as a family and I believe you will receive a discount on registration.
The San Rafael Mile is in place of this weeks Sunday Run. As such there is no run planned for this Sunday (July 31.)
